Most NPOs lack funding. Just a few charities account for 85% of donations, yet there are more than 600 NPOs just in Singapore. More than half of them have less than 6 months of operating reserves. Hence they focus more on fundraising than on their own mission. How can we make this more sustainable?
We build genuine connections for non-profits, by automating handwritten cards as a meaningful engagement tool, humanizing their donor journey. We want to increase donor retention such that NPOs have more revenue retained and also more revenue overall annually. This way, they have more funds and focus/resources to do their mission instead of putting a lot of effort into fundraising annually. Hence, vulnerable groups supported by these NPOs are able to gain much more support.
