Mental Well-Being

Problem Statement

Most Singaporean youths are religious. Yet, only an estimated 1.5% of Singaporeans are seeking mental health support from their religious communities, despite a majority finding such encounters helpful. How can we empower religious communities and leaders to better support youths’ mental well-being and encourage them to seek help?
