Traditional Character Education lessons have an increasing ineffectiveness in engaging a new generation of more technologically adept youths. Given that the retention rate of experiential learning is up to 90%, compared to traditional learning’s rate of 5%, how can we more interactively engage youths in the realm of Character Education?

Project Description

Jalan Journey is in the business of storytelling: facilitating knowledge transfer in a way that is most palatable to our participants. Through gamification, we curate virtual experiential learning journeys where participants get to better understand the lives of vulnerable groups in society by meaningfully engaging with their stories and perspectives. Eventually, we aspire for these students to be moved to make a difference by volunteering in their own capacity.
