Project Description

How Are You? aims to normalise mental well-being through check-ins and has worked with various organisations to advocate and raise awareness for the past 1.5 years. In 2023, we will be rolling out a programme, the Check-In Champion (CIC).

CIC is a programme that aims to normalise and nurture the habit of check-in in our society starting from a young age. CICs will be physically doing the check-in with the youths, giving them a platform to express their feelings and the challenges they face in school and in their personal life. We are partnering with established mental health organisations to train the CICs holistically, from preemptive to intervention.
