1/3 of youths in Singapore, especially those in secondary schools, have reported mental health symptoms, and it is difficult for youth especially those between 13-16 years old to understand and seek help for these symptoms due to societal stigma against mental health. How can we destigmatise such issues?

Project Description

The core product of Eudaemonicast is the podcast that aims to gather the experiences and opinions of individuals from different industries, backgrounds and age groups to talk about mental health from a candid perspective, to normalise and ground conversations about mental health. Another feature in development is a website platform for users to interact on a forum, and read articles about mental health and journal. Eudaemonicast aims to appeal to secondary school students through social media.
