Anacusis aims to provide direction for students and adults with hearing impairment to seek employment. To build a strong support system as well as to mobilise the community to part take in creating a safe and accepting workplace environment. The team will organise programmes and activities in conjunction with corporations, to expose youth with hearing disabilities to working opportunities. On social media platforms, the team will also raise awareness about discrimination in the workplace. We hope to encourage the general public to do their part as individuals to create a supportive work environment for people with hearing disabilities.
