Despite increasing mental health awareness, there are still numerous bullying and other unreported incidents that remain unaddressed and lead to trauma and isolation. How might we provide a safe space for youths so that those struggling with their mental health have access to an immediate community they can turn to?

Project Description

Geomatics aims to transform existing spaces into accessible community spaces and promote mental wellness for youths through fun activities and the power of narratives.

The team is looking to develop a school programme that aims to enable students to better connect through board games. With board games as a catalyst to encourage conversations and forge stronger and meaningful friendships among their peers, they hope to build supportive networks within the school communities and provide accessible, inclusive spaces that support trust-building and sharing of powerful narratives between students, teachers.
