How can we increase the value of creative services and promote international cooperation between countries?
In-Jobs are jobs that are inclusive, informal, and international. It supports creative businesses to be inclusive in their hiring of creators and promotes international cooperation through existing long-term partnerships. This is achieved through tools and processes that facilitate inclusive hiring practices, sharing the costs among a partner network of creative businesses while benefitting creators.
