In response to "How Can We Improve?"
Instagram has a pretty wide age audience, at least compared to TikTok, but the audience is still generally young, judging from what I’ve seen, maybe around 30s average? However, a lot of the decision makers are much older than that, that includes school Teachers, parents, and even politicians or businessmen if we were to consider youth advocacy. This can be seen in the recent fossil free futures advocacy, which many university students feel are important. However, how the news got out was actually through news channels like straits times, and even then many authority figures were sharing it on Facebook. Many of them actually taunted the students, which clearly showed that social media campaigns from youth are not taken seriously, or maybe misinterpreted. I believe that in order for more people to understand about youth related issues, more has to be done physically, so I think it will be good to run physical campaigns and programmes with professionals working with you.
