In response to "How Can We Improve?"
The team can go back to how bubble tea is consumed. 1a. Having a strainer that keeps the pearls on top is not ideal, as it may block the flow of the tea, and also no one would like to have mouthful of pearls. 1b. Should you not have the strainer, would the pearls be stuck on the creases within the cup, and the consumer has to hunt for their pearls? 2a. Side handle is not necessary, since the cup is targeted to be used for cold/ room temperature drinks. 2b. Since the proposed material is silicone, and that it can be collapsible and soft, would the side handle cause the cup to be deformed when used? Create an identity for your product. 3. How can you product stand out from the rest of the tumblers, reusable cups that are in the market? Who is your main target audience? 4. As mentioned in your introduction, there are more than 62 BBT brands. Consumers of BBT are generally purchasing for a quick fix, which reduces the chance of having your cup in their bags. This would mean it is difficult to convince people to buy your product if they know they wont bring it out. If your aim is to make the industry a sustainable one, would it be better to consider creating a sustainable cup to market to the shops instead?
