In response to "How Can We Improve?"
psychometric tests are helpful for students to understand ourselves and how to select jobs that suit our personality and character. However I think most people don\'t know what they want to do even at the graduation stage, or have grandiose ideas of what a graduate\'s role is. The need to \"fast track\" this through mentorship is not really helpful for the students\' expectations at workplace... for example, my team once had an intern not liking to do the grind work, but wanting only to do the exciting things like deals. The idea that a mentor will solve their job search problems is a bit one-sided ... maybe the training plan should also help students reframe to think of how they can contribute, what can they do to best help the organization and not \"what\'s in it for me, only\".
