Problem Statement

As the ASEAN youth of today enter into an increasingly globalised and interconnected job market, they must be equipped with cultural intelligence and are supported by quality mentorship opportunities for them to be able to face the challenges and thrive in a 21st century workplace. However, there is a lack of cultural intelligence education, and quality and meaningful mentorship for youths in ASEAN within the current education infrastructure. How do we bridge this gap?

Project Description

Team DMJ aims to build a ASEAN-wide mentorship platform to connect youth and industry mentors from across ASEAN. This provides youth with the opportunity to network and learn from professionals in different markets and sectors from across ASEAN.

The platform would also offer MasterClasses on working culture, market insights, and other relevant knowledge and skills to enable youth to be ASEAN-ready in their professional lives.
