Problem Statement

Soft skills are increasingly required for success in the future of work, where 60% of jobs will be soft skills intensive by 2030. However, only 3 in 10 students are employable with the right soft skills. What if we can track and capture students’ soft skills development in these activities, so that youth can continually hone their soft skills in order to be relevant and ready for the future workplace?

Project Description

Skilio is a one stop, pedagogy-rooted & data-driven soft skills development platform. Tapping on AI that detects soft skills competencies from qualitative reflections students wrote or feedback received from others, Skilio aims to help students effectively measure and track personal growth in soft skills over various school experiences and activities they participate in.
