It is feasible but i feel that most SMEs already have these work tools layout so might have to redefine the toolkit to provide more value and enhance your preposition

It's a good start. The challenge is to maintain and advance this effort in the face of the daily grind. Integration of a common organisation culture is challenging for remote employees in the same geographical location, let alone in a globalised workforce
