Who exactly is the target customer here who has to pay? Surely students shouldn't be expected to shell out for this, it should be a program organised via their school... As for SMEs, what kind of value can you provide to them in order to incentivise them

Finding suitable mentors from network partners, from Linkedin as well as alumni from schools. For the SME sides, definitely have to find a skilled BD representative to acquire them

I would pay , but i happy that most of DSP are free to PWD/SN under SGE partnership if you look at skill training at SGE and some of PWD/SN trainees/clients/visitor/other have been learning like Zoom, paynow , Tracetogether and QRcode but some elderly are

I want to challenge the teams on corporates vs SME , 28% or 28.6 % (Survey conducted by YMCA) had PWD/SN in their hiring & Selection process , Can Career connect hire those PWD/SN that are left behind ? That the question the teams have to answer . I think

I think students should not be required to pay for such a program. By working on projects with local enterprises, they are offering their talent, time and perspectives to the company. It should be a win-win situation.

Work with Government agencies such as IMDA and SkillsFuture and tap on their existing digital literacy programs.
