Maybe look into the part where what do the youths need from the mentors? We usually have multiple mentors for various things - there\'s one who you generally talk to about aspirations, one who you are looking for to execute a project, another one who has a great network who could link you to more people etc.

The idea of the AI matching is good. however, speaking from a data scientist point of view, the method to collect data to train the model might be difficult. Things like personality might also be very specific which results in difficulty in training the model to be as accurate as you would like. Suggestion to figure out which aspects of personality are relevant and what tests would you like to do to determine this

The mentor can also provide more info on their career journey and if they would like to continue in their career or switch career and if they will want a mentor themselves to guide them in the next stage of their career.

If this program is successfully, this would bridge gaps to every individuals in the Job Markets. Like the phrase \"Sharing is caring\", it is vital that successful professionals are able to share their success stories to interested job seekers so that job seekers can understand what the job and sector requires. Additionally, interested sharing mentors can help to guide the next generation of job seekers to ensure the continuity of that job sector. Although monetary incentives may be required to entice such mentors to provide career guidance, it doesn\'t have to be very high. Ultimately, it can be treated as a form of \"part-time\" or \"allowance\" for these mentors to \"give back\" to society in the form of job markets.

I was a user of this platform and I can personally vouch for it\'s effectiveness and efficiency. However one thing that can be improved on would be that instead of suggesting jobs and internships to users, it would be better to have a list of curated offerings and internships on the platform and let the users themselves choose instead of being recommended. Also, it would be good to have a strength/weakness/interest report so that students are more self aware and can decide their career path with greater ease with the information granted to them through AI generated reports.
